In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

Any accounts found to be duplicates will be suspended immediately and all associated balances may be forfeited.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. 5.1 General. pkk111 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins credits, cashback promotions, and other incentive offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements) before they can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds. 5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. pkk111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been partially utilized by a player, pkk111 will act reasonably in applying any mid-promotion changes.

6.1 Game Availability. The games available on pkk111 — including bingo, JILI slots, live dealer tables, color games, and sports betting — are subject to change without notice. pkk111 does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game or game provider.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkk111 Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your Account.

8.1 Ownership. 10.3 Maximum Liability. To the extent permitted by law, pkk111's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkk111 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Force Majeure. pkk111 shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond pkk111's reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, or acts of third-party providers.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account — whether by you or by pkk111 — your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 8, 10, and 13) shall continue to apply.

13.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.2 Jurisdiction. You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the pkk111 Platform.

13.3 Regulatory Compliance. pkk111 operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and all applicable Philippine statutes including, but not limited to, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
